The level of support we offer is flexible to suit your requirements. For instance, you might need more assistance while resolving early issues and less once we help you to get things running smoothly.

We have an internal ICT team but need some additional support?

 

We can act as an extension of your team for escalations and project scoping and we work in partnership to ensure the right outcome is achieved.

What response times do you offer?

 

Our response times are generally two hours for critical alerts and eight hours for non-critical.

What is your experience of project delivery?
