Service Desk Engineer - On-site (London)
Mirus IT Solutions is a business computer services company based in Milton Keynes founded by Paul Tomlinson in 2002. The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.
You will be a Service Desk Engineer and based on-site at our clients offices in Central London and working alongside the Senior Service Desk Engineer who is also from Mirus IT. This will report in to Adrian Glasgow who is the Service Delivery Manager and he is based from our Milton Keynes office.
Troubleshooting challenging queries and experience of customer facing IT support are key skills for you to have and becoming a successful candidate. This would suit somebody that has previously worked on a customer site or worked as an IT Field Engineer previously.
As a customer focused business, our customers like solutions in a reliable timely manner. You will provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution onsite to the client.
For this you will have:
First stage: This will be a 30 minute - 45 minute technical conversation with one of the Mirus IT Senior Engineers;
Second stage: Is a Skype video interview with the Adrian Glasgow, Service Delivery Manager;
Third stage: Is a face to face interview with Chris Maybray and Adrian Glasgow, Service Delivery Manager;
Fourth stage: This is a meeting with the client at their offices in London;
Final stage: This is offer and agreement of a start date. Start day is usually a Monday @ 9:30am dependent on your availability.
