The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.
You will be a Senior IT Support Engineer and part of the Service Desk environment that is managed by Bruce Evison, in our office in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.
The key responsibility for a Senior IT Support Engineer is to take problem ownership with clear, concise, customer communication whilst managing expectations. Our customer service drives our success, so a customer focused approach is essential.
