Mirus IT Solutions is a business computer services company based in Milton Keynes founded by Paul Tomlinson in 2002. The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.

Experience

You will be the Sales Ledger Clerk and part of the Business Support Team that incorporates Accounts. This is all headed up by Tom williams, Finance Director

The key responsibility for Sales Ledger Clerk is to perform the invoicing for the Mirus IT business both recurring and one off as well as carry out the bank reconciliation and credit control activities.

for this, you will need the following experience:

Essential

  • Sales Ledger experience.
  • Working knowledge of an accounts package.
  • Excel up to intermediate level.
  • Excellent telephone manner.years experience on the phone in a business to business environment;

Desirable

  • Accounting qualification up to AAT.

Interview Process:

  • First stage: This will be a telephone interview with Aishling Savchuk, Management Accountant;
  • Second Stage: Is a face-to-face interview with Tom Williams, Finance Director and Aishling Savchuk, Management Accountant;
  • Third stage: MS Excel task and takes place on the same day as the face-to-face interview;
  • Final stage: This is offer and agreement of a start date. Start day is usually a Monday @ 9:30am dependent on your availability.
