Mirus IT Solutions is a business computer services company based in Milton Keynes founded by Paul Tomlinson in 2002. The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.

Experience

You will be a Telemarketing Executive and part of the Marketing Team reporting to Pippa Loveridge, Head of Marketing and based from the Mirus IT head office in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

The key responsibility for Telemarketing Executive is to profile and identify prospects for Mirus Managed Print services, booking external appointments for Business Development Managers to visit qualified prospects whilst ensuring a comprehensive prospect background report accompanies the appointment. No previous managed print knowledge or experience is needed.

For this you will have:

  • 1 - 2 years experience on the phone in a business to business environment;
  • Experience of booking appointments for Sales Consultants;
  • Experience of using a CRM system;
  • Experience of qualifying opportunities;
  • Proven track record of following KPI’s.

Interview Process:

  • First stage: This will be a telephone interview with Dan Sharp, Sales Director;
  • Second Stage:Is a face-to-face interview with Dan Sharp, Sales Director and Richard Finch, Director of Mirus Managed Print;
  • Final stage: This is offer and agreement of a start date. Start day is usually a Monday @ 9:30am dependent on your availability.
