IT Trainer (Milton Keynes & London)

Mirus IT Solutions is a business computer services company based in Milton Keynes founded by Paul Tomlinson in 2002. The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.


You will be an IT Trainer and part of the Professional Services Team based out of the Milton Keynes office. The position is 50% Milton Keynes office based and 50% client based with a large number of clients in London.

The key responsibility for the IT Trainer is to provide training services to Mirus customers through on-site training and e-learning material. The training is on the Microsoft Suite of products (Windows 10, Office, Office 365), Mimecast and Telephony. 

You will also be expected to support the sales process, develop training plans, create video content and deliver management systems training for new joiners.

For this you will have:

  • Experience of providing training on the MS Office / Office 365 suite;
  • Two or more years in a similar training position;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills;
  • Ability to deliver content in an engaging and informative manner.

Interview Process:

  • First stage: This will be a face-to-face interview with Darren Challender, Head of Professional Services;
  • Second Stage: For you to produce video content for review by the Darren Challender, Head of Professional Services and Dan Sharp, Sales Director;
  • Third stage: Present video content to Darren Challender, Head of Professional Services and Dan Sharp, Sales Director;
  • Final stage: This is offer and agreement of a start date. Start day is usually a Monday @ 9:30am dependant on your availability.
