The Mirus IT January Fierce Fitness Drive

We love our team, so much so, that we’ve decided in 2018 we want a bit more from them (and perhaps slightly less too), which means we’ll be starting the new year with a fitness BANG!

We’re intensifying our fitness offerings from January and will be running an eight-week Biggest Loser Challenge! We’ve some great prizes up for grabs including a hoodie, fitness bars and a cash incentive for the winner who loses the highest percentage of bodyweight and achieves their fitness goal.

We’ll also be running some fitness specific competitions: the longest plank, the longest wall sit, and the most press ups from toes, and we’ve got some great health and fitness related gifts for the winners.

We’ve devised this intensive Mirus / Fierce Fitness collaboration to ensure that we’re supporting the health and well-being of our staff within our workplace.

Our trainer Jessica has always had a passion for fitness, she started training 20 years ago in kickboxing, then ten years ago, Jess started weight training and loved the benefits to her physique and overall health. Jess is a mum of two young children and has competed and placed highly in national body building competitions.

Jess, a dedicated and well-respected level 3 qualified personal trainer, comments
