Servicedesk Engineers Receive Highest Honours in Customer Service Training
In January this year we began working with the Milton Keynes College on developing a course that would give our servicedesk engineers additional customer service skills to help us offer the best service possible to our clients.
The result of this work was a 6 week course, conducted at the College that resulted in an exam and the possibility of a formal City and Guilds qualification in Customer Service!
We split our servicedesk into three teams with Groups I and II completing the course and the exam over the last 3 months with Team III due to start very soon!
Today we have been contacted by the course tutor who has received the exam results for Group I...
**Drum Roll Please**
Not only did they all pass the City and Guilds Level 2 Exam, but they all obtained First Class Passes, which is the best achievable result!
We are proud to announce they are all now officially qualified in Customer Service! This is excellent news and another positive improvement in the delivery of our services.
Congratulations to all the members of Group I below on their achievement – well done!
