Paul Tomlinson speaks about Mirus' Proactive IT Support

Paul Tomlinson was invited by Kaseya and Microscope to come and speak to 100 industry peers at an event in London. Paul shared his experiences within the IT industry and talked about how he built Mirus IT Solutions and how Mirus use the latest technology to deliver the very best in IT Support.

The talks focus on Mirus' proactive approach to support, including ways in which they handle some of the day to day technical issues with the latest support technology. Paul also talks about Service Addiction and how Mirus are constantly trying to improve the service they offer to their customers. Mirus employees are also mentioned in Paul’s talk, he explains how having the best support staff has been vital to the stable growth of Mirus and how it results in excellent feedback from their customers.
