Chris Maybray only joined us in November 2013, and already he’s winning over the confidence of customers and employees alike.
Chris joined to elevate Mirus’ service team to higher levels, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise from several years managing service delivery functions. Winning Employee of the Month must mean he must be getting it right for Mirus.
Despite the team facing unprecedented levels of change, they had the following to say:
- His newly formulated vision for Service Delivery is refreshing and lays the foundations for significant improvement. He’s under a lot of pressure to make changes and yet he’s still able to be supportive.
- His approach to people management is really effective.
- We’ve had some big changes to the helpdesk but he has helped us maintain a real focus on the customer.
- His ability to remain calm under pressure is really reassuring and gives me confidence his vision is the right way to go.
