Mirus IT Solutions are delighted to be involved in Service Desk Institute's 'The Service Desk Inspector' a new 'Hotel Inspector' style documentary series that will be featured on the itsmTV (www.itsmtv.co.uk). Filming has started this week with the first feature appearing in early February.
The aim of the series is to follow real organisations, understand their structure and processes and working with the 'Service Desk Inspector' who is an experienced ITSM consultant, to tackle any service delivery challenges that are highlighted and work with the company to address these over a 6 month period. Working with Mirus will be Barclay Rae, who has experience of delivering over 300 service improvement projects.
