We offer up to ten days training per annum relevant to your role, so you have the tools, experience and knowledge to progress in your career. We promote internal development and training to make our team stronger, like our Apprenticeship Accelerator scheme where we mentor our apprentices to help with their progression. We believe it’s important to show how much we appreciate the hard work our team puts in.
Every last Friday of the month we have a Friday Feed where we have lunch on Mirus, we've had pizza, hog roasts, Indian, ploughman's, all sorts!
