Last night BrightGauge held their UK customer conference in London. Our development manager, Mat Smith, attended as a guest speaker to represent Mirus IT.
Mat presented a piece on how we use BrightGauge here at Mirus IT to streamline all our teams with their easy to use reports as well as the inter office dashboards that we use to monitor incoming tickets.
BrightGauge means we can monitor and analyse our services and detect areas where our service and support can be developed and improved.
Because the bright sparks behind BrightGauge used to run a managed Service provider (MSP) they tailored BrightGauge to the MSP industry. It integrates perfectly with our internal AutoTask and Kaseya systems, extracting their data and putting it into our reports.
Investing our time and effort into BrightGauge has left us with a tremendous product that helps our business to excel.
