Our service desk has recently undergone some transformational changes and we’re delighted to be passing on improvements to our customers, especially focusing on response times, making us one of the leading IT Support companies in Milton Keynes.

Chris Bohin is our new Employee of the Month for April.

Chris is one of our Field Engineers and is rarely seen in the office, so when he did pop in, we managed to get a photo of him accepting his award. Here’s what the Mirus team had to say about him:

I’ve asked for help a few times and he has replied saying he’ll help if he can even at silly times of the night.

 He has been an absolute legend with every job I’ve arranged that he’s done. Always get the work sorted without a hitch and definitely deserves this when the time comes around.

Today, Rebecca Savage from Milton Keynes Food Bank came over to Mirus HQ to meet the team after their latest collect for the March Big Little Give campaign.

The Food Bank provides local families and individuals with essential food supplies at a time when they need it most, covering the days or sometimes weeks before other parts of the social care infrastructure can come into play.

Mirus IT Marketing Manager, Kate Cash, responsible for charity support said “We’re particularly impressed with Milton Keynes Food Bank as the system operates on a ‘helping hand’ basis when it is really needed and discourages long term dependency. It’s a well thought-out system and great for companies to include in their regular charity initiatives as adding an extra can of soup or beans into your shopping basket is really easy to do. Our staff are always very generous when we run the Food Bank campaigns and we hope to help out more throughout the year.”
