The aim of the series is to follow real organisations, understand their structure and processes and working with the ‘Service Desk Inspector’ who is an experienced ITSM consultant, to tackle any service delivery challenges that are highlighted and work with the company to address these over a 6 month period.  Working with Mirus will be Barclay Rae, who has experience of delivering over 300 service improvement projects.

Whilst the office environment can be very busy and high pressure at times, Mirus wanted to treat the support team to a day out at Go Ape in Woburn. This gave the team a chance to get some fresh air (it was a bit cold!) and just have some good fun.
