After a comprehensive course of assessments and inspections, Mirus IT Solutions has officially been recognised as an Investor in People.
Investors in People offers a business improvement framework designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through its people. The decision to obtain the accreditation was to support Mirus’ continual improvement programme, which heavily champions people at the centre of everything that is achieved and delivered. The key changes the team at Mirus are seeing are:
