Any of our managed services customers have access to an array of reports, these can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly it's entirely up to the customer, the normal reports we provide are shown below:

Weekly Health Check Report

• Disk Space Usage on client machines and servers
• Patch Status for your client machine and servers
• License Summary showing Microsoft Operating System and Office Versions in use
• Backup Report, Showing completed and failed backups
• Overall Network Health Status

Network Usage Report

• Display the top consumers of bandwidth by machine name
• Display the top consumers of bandwidth by Application name

Uptime Reports

• Displays the time a PC is powered on
• Displays the time a machine is powered down but not connected to the internet
• Displays the time a machine is powered down and connected to the internet
• Displays when a machine is shutdown unexpectedly

AntiVirus Reports

• Shows the data the application has been installed
• The current definition level
• Any threats the machine has dealt with
• Any threats that have been quarantined
• Any threats that require manual intervention

Licensing Report

• Shows all applications installed on individual machines
• Shows the licenses key used for the installation (subject to it being written to the registry)
• Updated on a daily basis

Internet History Report

• Shows the date a user has visited a site including the full URL they used
• Shows any searches they have completed within Google and other popular search engines

Unlike other IT companies we want you to know what is happening on your network, all of these reports are freely available to our Managed Services Customers and can be customised if required, If there is a specific report you feel may help you understand your network better than all you need to ask and we'll schedule it into our development cycle.
