First Line On-site Service Desk Engineer

The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.
You will be a Service Desk Engineer and part of the On-site Team that is managed by Adam Risby. This will be based on-site for our client in Central London. The key responsibility for a On-site Service Desk Engineer is to provide software, hardware and network problem resolutions to client technical problems. You will also perform problem diagnosis and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a desktop support based environment.
For this you will have: –
Windows Server Technologies (2008 to 2012) and Exchange 2010 +:
