Mirus IT Solutions is a business computer services company based in Milton Keynes founded by Paul Tomlinson in 2002. The main focus of Mirus it to provide IT support in London, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You will be part of a committed IT Services company providing high quality IT services. The aim is to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.

Experience

You will be the Business Quality Manager and looking after everything that is business improvement for Mirus IT reporting to Paul Tomlinson, Managing Director. This is all based from the Mirus IT head office in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

The key responsibility for Business Quality Manager is to inform, and lead good practice with regard to business operations and customer excellence through adoption, and implementation of recognised business improvement measures and tools.

Working with key stakeholders and business units you will maintain Mirus' external certifications that recognise quality, business management and environmental standards.

You will also have the ability to train new Mirus colleagues on the Mirus Quality Management System.

For this you will have:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills;
  • Proficient with MS Office suite;
  • Managed compliance for a small to medium business;
  • Have extensive understanding of ISO9001 and / or ISO27001;
  • Be an IRCA qualified Internal Auditor for ISO9001 and / or ISO 27001.

Desirable skills include;

  • Understanding of ISO14001;
  • Experience with SharePoint;
  • Excellent understanding of project management techniques.

Interview Process:

  • First stage: This will be a telephone interview with Paul Tomlinson, Managing Director;
  • Second Stage: Is a face-to-face interview and presentation with Paul Tomlinson, Managing Director and the Mirus IT senior management team;
  • Final stage: This is offer and agreement of a start date. Start day is usually a Monday @ 9:30am dependant on your availability.
