This award truly reflects the hard work put in by all the team at Mirus. The Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards is a well known annual event in which local businesses that have achieved great things are recognised for their efforts.

Super Heroes Work On Our Helpdesk!
At Mirus we employ professional IT staff that not only have the right qualifications but also the right attitude. We feel it’s important that our team have the right approach to Proactive IT Support. Often, IT issues can leave you feeling frustrated and annoyed. We operate by supporting our clients and helping with their IT issues, no matter how small. We understand how frustrating IT issues can be especially as we all rely on technology more and more these days.
Our helpdesk staff are busy people indeed, getting through hundreds of calls a day. Their focus is to find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible. Our team often goes above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with our customers, this is because the support staff are proud of Mirus’ great reputation and they are all devoted to making sure this continues. We had some fun with the 2010 Xmas Card photo shoot this month as you can see from the pictures! But to our customers, these guys really are heroes as they often help customers with critical issues that can affect business, they get the job done quickly and efficiently.
These “helpdesk super heroes” are really what makes Mirus different from your average IT support company. The passion and enthusiasm expressed by our senior management at Mirus is truly reflected by the team in their different roles.
