Staying true our focus on service the vast majority of our team are technically based, either working on the internal Service Desk or based in the field assisting clients on-site whenever required. When we recruit new team members we not only take into account their specific qualifications for that particular role but also their personality and whether they share our passion for customer service.
We recognise that our team members are the most important asset that we have and for this reason we focus on ensuring that they receive the very best training for all of the solutions that we offer to our clients. Our team has numerous qualifications including; MCSE’s (Microsoft), CCNA’s (Cisco), VCP’s (VMware), and CCEA (Citrix).
As a services business we don’t have a product to sell, the key to our success is the service we deliver and therefore the people that deliver it. We are proud to be an ‘Investors in People’ company, but to take that one step further we also operate an employee share ownership scheme that rewards key long standing employee’s with a long term incentive to continue to strive for excellent customer service for our customers.
As recognition of our efforts, we have recently been short-listed alongside BSkyB, Three UK and Virgin Media as the IT Customer Experience Team of the Year and have been shortlisted for the Federation of Small Businesses Buckinghamshire Business Awards for Service Excellence.
